Every plan also takes 5% of each sale, as it settles. Refund a sale and its platform fee comes back to you. Card processing is charged separately by the processor and never passes through us.
The fee that is not ours
Your payment processor charges its own fee on every transaction, at its published rates. It goes to them, not to us, and we do not mark it up. We mention it here because a pricing page that leaves it out is a pricing page that will surprise you on your first payout.
Cryptocurrency payments settle directly from your customer to your wallet, so there is no processor in the middle and no processing fee — just the network’s own cost.
Is there a free tier?
No, but building is free — you only pay to publish. Set your shop up, add your products and see exactly how it looks before anything is charged. A free tier that quietly withholds the useful half is a worse deal than a clear price.
Do I have to take the marketing plan?
Only if you outgrow the marketing allowance on the Shop plan — either the 2,500 contacts it includes, or the amount of campaign email you send in a month. It is added to the plan you already have — same bill, same date — and can be dropped again whenever. Order confirmations and shipping notices are never affected by it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your shop stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops being served. You can export your data throughout.
Do I need a wallet to use this?
No. Crypto checkout is a setting, off unless you turn it on. Plenty of shops on Stashed never touch it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the plan, at no extra cost. Certificates are issued automatically.
