Zest started at a picnic, with a cooler of the usual and nobody wanting the usual. We wanted a drink that tasted like the afternoon felt: bright, a little fizzy, and easy to say yes to. So we made one. Real fruit juice, a handful of botanicals we could pronounce, and no sugar we had to apologise for.
