    • Found them by accident on the way to the mountains. Best accident I have had. Armageddon is the one I reorder.

      Sharon D.

    • Consistently outstanding and the freshness is unbeatable. I have tried every roast and The Antidote still wins.

      Ivan R.

    • Cannot start a morning properly without it. My partner has switched too.

      Cori S.

    • I will never go back to my grandfather's coffee. This is the stuff.

      Frank A.

    • I buy it when I visit my sister and ship it home to Pennsylvania. Worth every cent of the postage.

      Kaylee S.

    • Tried it on holiday in January. Have ordered by post twice since.

      Barbara M.

    • Hard to find good organic coffee. This is great coffee that happens to be organic.

    1. 01, Pure & organic

      Organic.Nothing else, ever.

Coffee should have nothing to hide: organic beans and nothing else. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilisers, no shortcuts. Just clean caffeine in every cup.

Hands picking ripe coffee cherries from a branch
    2. 02, Certified & traceable

      TraceableFrom green to roast.

Certified organic and verified, not just labelled. We trace every roasted bean back to the exact green lot it came from, so you always know where your cup began.

Pouring green beans into the roaster
    3. 03, Precision roasters

      PrecisionRoasted to the second.

We do not roast in bulk and hope. Every batch is dialled to the profile of that bean: its origin, its density, its development point. Then we write it down.

    • The espresso machine under the chalkboard

      Pre-2019

A music venue with a coffee counter.

Mia and Theo run a small venue in Denver. Theo keeps the room running; Mia is on a quiet hunt for a coffee good enough to serve the regulars.

      The venue years

    • Espresso pouring into a cup

      2019

      Mia teaches herself to roast.

Nothing organic on the market hits her bar. She buys a manual drum roaster and stands behind it. Twenty thousand hours later, the profiles are dialled to the second.

      20,000 hours

    • People inside the first cafe

      Late 2019

      Sam and Jordan come home.

Theo's sister and her husband move back from Los Angeles. One paints, one builds installations for museums. They are working out what comes next.

      Family reunion

    • A table by the window

      March 2020

The world stops and answers the question.

Everything locks down. Plans collapse. The four sit across a kitchen table and bet on the coffee.

      The world stops

    • The bar, the plants, the lights

      July 2020

The first cafe opens its doors.

Jordan designs the room and the murals. Sam draws the stamp. Mia and Theo write every drink on the menu. People come back, then bring friends.

      Opening day

    • The machine pouring a shot

      2023

A second cafe, same obsessive standards.

Demand outgrows the original. The family opens a second room across town. Same beans, same precision, a new corner of the city.

      Across town

    • The pendant lamps at night

      2026

Built by family. Roasted by humans.

Seven years in. Two cafes. Ten roasts shipping nationwide. The roaster is still hand-tuned every morning and the family still argues about the playlist.
