Every plan also takes 5% of each sale, as it settles. Refund a sale and its platform fee comes back to you. Card processing is charged separately by the processor and never passes through us.
Payment and network fees
Your payment processor charges its own fee on every transaction, at its published rates. It goes to them, not to us, and we do not mark it up. We mention it here because a pricing page that leaves it out is a pricing page that will surprise you on your first payout.
Crypto payment costs depend on the network and payment route. Network, conversion and service fees may apply, alongside the platform fee.
Is there a free tier?
In a sense, yes. Building your shop and putting it online are free and stay free — your storefront lives at a stashed.one address for as long as you want, and you can keep changing it. What the plan buys is the ability to take money: without one your checkout is closed. Your own domain, being listed in search and campaign email come with it too.
Do I have to take the marketing plan?
Only if you outgrow the marketing allowance on the Shop plan — either the 2,500 contacts it includes, or the amount of campaign email you send in a month. It is added to the plan you already have — same bill, same date — and can be dropped again whenever. Order confirmations and shipping notices are never affected by it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your shop stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops being served. You can export your data throughout.
Do I need a wallet to use this?
No. Crypto checkout is a setting, off unless you turn it on. Plenty of shops on Stashed never touch it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the plan, at no extra cost. Certificates are issued automatically.
