    Franchise

White walls, black type, a category for everything. For a shop that stocks the street.

For a multi-brand streetwear and sneaker retailer whose shop has to get a thousand things out of the way of the one a shopper came for.

    Court#FFFFFF

The page. Plain white; the product is the colour.

    Ink#0A0A0A

Type, the bar at the top, and every button. Near-black, never pure.

    Siren#E4002B

Sale, savings, the loading bar. Rationed to the things that need a shout.

    Chalk#E6E6E6

Hairlines, card edges and the rule under the bar. Never a fill.

Built the way a high-volume streetwear retailer is built: a bar of categories across the top, a tabbed rail of products under the banner, and rows of tiles that each open a collection. Nothing is decorative — every block on the home page is a way into the catalogue, and the catalogue is four across with a filter strip and a price you can read from a metre away.

It is white and black with one red, set in heavy condensed caps over a plain grotesk, and it moves the way a good app moves: pages fade into each other behind a thin loading bar, tiles zoom a little under the pointer, cards lift and reveal their action, and sections arrive as you scroll. All of it stands down for a reader who asked for less motion.

Two sections come with it and exist nowhere else: the category rail with its tabs and its scrolling row of products, and the promo tile row. The product page carries a fit-check track under the size buttons, because that is the question size buttons raise.

    Made of

    • Square corners everywhere. A 1px chalk hairline is the only edge; nothing carries a shadow at rest.
    • Photography is the retail kind: product on a plain ground for the cards, garments on people for the tiles.
    • Tiles zoom a few percent under the pointer; cards lift 2px and reveal a black add-to-bag bar.
    • Buttons are black blocks with white uppercase labels, and invert on hover.
    • Pages fade and rise into each other behind a thin red loading bar; sections arrive from below as you scroll.

    Voice

Short, upbeat retail. Name the brand, the style and the colourway in that order. Say what is new and what is on sale. Never write a paragraph where a label will do.

    Sections only this theme has

    • Category railTabs for each collection with a scrolling row of its products.
    • Promo tilesA row of image tiles, each with a headline and a button.

    Put Franchise on your shop

$129 once, for one shop, yours for good — there is nothing to renew. Buying it changes nothing until you apply it, and applying it keeps the words you have already written.

You will be asked to sign in and pick which of your shops it is for. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Drawn for clothing labels. What a shop for this work needs covers the rest of it.

If you want this one adapted to your shop, or something built from nothing, that is a conversation rather than a checkout. ex@akashi.studio
